If the product is damaged please include the following information in your email:

  • • Photographs of the damaged item (if relevant)
  • • Your current shipping address

If the product is incorrect, please include this information:
  • • The original order number
  • • The name of the product you ordered
  • • The name of the product you received
  • • Photographs of the item
  • • Photographs of the tag inside the item describing the material make-up
  • • Photographs of the product packaging
