How do I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, you’ll first receive an order confirmation email. A shipment notification email with tracking information will follow.

To check the delivery status of your order, click on “Track My Order” in your shipment notification email. You’ll be taken to the following page where your order will appear in the middle column.

You can also receive text notifications on the shipping status of your order by entering your mobile number on the bottom right hand side of the page and clicking “SIGN UP.”

If your order shipped via UPS, you can also enroll in UPS My Choice by going to  This free service will proactively send you delivery alerts updating you on the day and time of your delivery.  Plus, you can reroute your orders to another location or leave instructions for the driver, giving you additional control over your deliveries.

If your order shipped via FedEx, you can enroll in FedEx Delivery Manager to get email or text updates on the shipments' progress. Plus, you can change the address or reroute to a FedEx location if you need.
