Bonobos App & Other FAQs

If you've received a damaged or incorrect product, please Contact a Ninja as soon as possible.

If the product is damaged please include the following information in your email:
  • • The original order number
  • • Photographs of the damaged item (if relevant)
  • • Your current shipping address

If the product is incorrect, please include this information:
  • • The original order number
  • • The name of the product you ordered
  • • The name of the product you received
  • • Photographs of the item
  • • Photographs of the tag inside the item describing the material make-up
  • • Photographs of the product packaging

If you find that an item you absolutely love is no longer available in your size and fit, go ahead and click the link as shown below. 

Once you fill out your sizing information, we will send you an email notification as soon as that item is back in stock. This is assuming that the item is restocked. 

To find out if the item you are looking for will be available in the future or the specific date we will be restocking, please don't hesitate to contact a NinjaIn your email to the Ninjas, be sure to include the following:
  • • The name of the product you are looking for
  • • The specific color (if applicable)
  • • The specific size 
  • • The specific fit

If an item is on the Sale Page, we unfortunately will not be restocking it, so if something catches your eye, grab it fast!   Link to Article

Great question, happy you asked! We're available via three channels:
Email: Simply shoot us an email via the Contact A Ninja link to the right.  We normally shoot for response times under 36 hours. Try to be as detailed as possible so we can whip up a solution Ninja fast!
Phone: Give us a ring at 877-294-7737, if you don't get through simply leave us a voicemail and we'll get back to you ASAP!

Live Chat: This feature can be found by clicking the blue bar on the bottom left corner on our website. Live chat availability is subject to website traffic; if you don't see the blue bar, all the Ninjas are at max chat capacity!

If you're on a computer, try using a different web browser. Our site is not optimized for the Windows web browser Internet Explorer and so we recommend downloading and using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox

If you're on a phone or tablet, we recommend using a computer if you have one available. If not, both Chrome and Firefox have mobile apps that may work better than your phone's default browser (just search in the App Store!). Yes!  Eligible governmental, non-profit, charitable and similar organizations should email all tax-exempt requests to

Include a copy of applicable state or federal exemption certificates. Your eligible tax exemptions will be processed by Bonobos and tax will not be charged on future purchases made by eligible tax-exempt accounts.  You will be eligible to receive a tax refund on any purchase made within 14 days of your request.

Bonobos does not honor resale exemption certificates. Link to Article
