U.S. Shipping


Your order will ship via UPS or FedEx, depending on what shipping option you select at checkout. Details of the various shipping options are outlined below:

All U.S. orders other than those to P.O. Boxes, U.S. territories and military bases ship for free via UPS. See below for approximate delivery times based on what zone you’re shipping to.  



If your order is shipping to Zones 2, 3, 4 or 5, you can upgrade delivery at checkout to 1 business day delivery for an additional $25, or 2 business day delivery for an additional $15. These orders will ship via FedEx.
 
Orders over $275 and shipping to Zones 3, 4 or 5 are eligible for a free upgrade to 2 business day delivery. You must select this option during the checkout process. These orders will ship via FedEx.

 
For overnight delivery, orders must be placed by 3pm ET. All other orders placed by 5pm ET Monday through Friday will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 5pm ET will ship the next business day.
Neither UPS or FedEx deliver on weekends or U.S. holidays. Orders to some regions in Alaska and Hawaii are unavailable for overnight delivery. Please visit this page for more information on overnight delivery.
 
U.S. P.O. Boxes, territories and military bases (APO/DPO/FPO):
 
Orders placed to P.O. Box addresses, U.S. territories or military bases (APO/DPO/FPO) will ship USPS Priority. Shipping estimates vary based on location.

Both courier services offer portals to help you stay abreast of your package's delivery. If the package ships via UPS, you'd use Ups My Choice, and if it ships via FedEx, you'd use FedEx Delivery Manager. 

UPS My Choice
To get the most up to date information on when your order will arrive, you can enroll in UPS My Choice here.

This service has a suite of features that enable you to better manage deliveries coming to your home, including proactive delivery alerts which update you on the day and time of your delivery.  Plus, you can reroute your deliveries to another location, such as your office or a UPS Access Point for $5 (with the basic membership) or for free (with the $40/year premium membership).

FedEx Delivery Manager
You can sign up for FedEx Delivery manager here.

This service allows you to put a vacation hold on your delivery, have it redirected to a FedEx location, and receive text or email delivery updates. You can also redirect the package to a new location for $14.

You have two easy options!  Your preference!

Option 1: Both courier services have online portals for changing your shipping address. If your order shipped via UPS, enroll in a free service called UPS My Choice, where you can reroute your deliveries to another location yourself through ups.com or the UPS app, even if your order has already shipped.  It's free to reroute to a UPS Access Point, costs $5 p/package ($40 annually if you make a lot of online purchases) to reroute to another location. If your order shipped via FedEx, enroll in FedEx Delivery Manager,
 where you can change the delivery address to either a FedEx location (for free) or to another address (for $14).

Option 2: Reach out to the Ninjas at 1-877-294-7737, or via email, as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to change the address before it ships. A phone call is always the quickest way to make sure we can update the address before it ships!

Please be sure to include the relevant order number along with your correct shipping address.

Once your order has been placed, you’ll first receive an order confirmation email. A shipment notification email with tracking information will follow.

To check the delivery status of your order, click on “Track My Order” in your shipment notification email. You’ll be taken to the following page where your order will appear in the middle column.

You can also receive text notifications on the shipping status of your order by entering your mobile number on the bottom right hand side of the page and clicking “SIGN UP.”

If your order shipped via UPS, you can also enroll in UPS My Choice by going to ups.com/mychoice.  This free service will proactively send you delivery alerts updating you on the day and time of your delivery.  Plus, you can reroute your orders to another location or leave instructions for the driver, giving you additional control over your deliveries.

If your order shipped via FedEx, you can enroll in FedEx Delivery Manager to get email or text updates on the shipments' progress. Plus, you can change the address or reroute to a FedEx location if you need.

Unfortunately, we can’t change an order once it’s been placed.

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to the Ninjas at 1-877-294-7737 or via email as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to cancel it before it ships.
