International Shipping & Returns

We currently ship to Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, & Peru. Link to Article

Customers ordering internationally will be given a choice at checkout, of shipping via DHL Worldwide Express or via DHL eCommerce.
 
International orders shipped via DHL Worldwide Express and will arrive in 1-5 business days.
International orders shipped via DHL eCommerce will arrive in 3-8 business days.
 
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to expedite shipping for international orders.
 
International orders placed by 12pm ET Monday through Friday will ship the same day.
International orders placed after 12pm ET will ship the next business day.

International shipping fees are flat rate by country as follows and do not include duties or taxes. For DHL Worldwide Express, shipping rates are as follows:

Canada: $25
Mexico: $25
Australia: $35
New Zealand: $35
Japan: $35
Peru: $45

For DHL eCommerce, shipping rates are as follows (is not offered for New Zealand, Japan, nor Peru):

Canada: $10
Mexico: $15
Australia: $25

An international surcharge, which covers the cost of any duties, taxes, and related fees, may apply depending on the amount of your order and the country you're shipping to.

You may return unworn, unwashed and unaltered items purchased from Bonobos for a full refund or store credit within 45 days of the date of purchase, or for store credit after 45 days and up to 90 days from the date of purchase.
 
Unfortunately, we can’t process exchanges on international orders.  We only accept returns for credit card refunds or store credit. For more information, see: What's your exchange policy?

For returns received within 45 days, we’ll automatically refund your purchase amount to the original form of payment. For returns received after 45 days and within 90 days, we’ll issue store credit to your account. If you’d like to receive store credit for a return made within 45 days, please contact the Ninjas.
 
We’ll send an email confirmation once we’ve processed your return. Please allow up to 10 days after we receive your return, including time for processing and time for your bank to post your refund. If your refund is for a store credit, it will be available as soon as your return is received and processed.
 
Please note that we don’t accept returns of items purchased from third-party retailers (Nordstrom, Trunk Club, etc.). Please contact the third-party retailer where you made your purchase from directly for information on their return policy.
 
No refunds or adjustments will be made for any international surcharges, shipping and/or handling charges.

To return an international order, follow the instructions below:
 
+ Place the items and your order form in a box.
 
+ Include the HS code 9801002600 and in the comments section of the commercial invoice, write "articles being returned" and include the tracking number for the original shipment to ensure accuracy and timeliness of return shipping and processing.

Unfortunately we're not able to send prepaid return shipping labels in international packages. Use your own trackable and insured shipping method. Please note we're not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
