Removing your information from your Bonobos Account is super easy! The two pieces you can remove are your shipping address(es) and your payment method(s).

Payment method:

To delete your payment information from your account, head to the wallet tab. From there, just hit the Edit button on the card you'd like to delete, and then hit the Delete button.

Shipping address:

To delete your shipping information, head to the Addresses Tab, hit the Edit button next to the Addresses, and then hit the Delete button.

If you want to receive fewer emails from us without opting out completely, you can do so. At the very bottom of the email, you'll see a note that says: If you no longer wish to receive emails from us, you can unsubscribe.   Click on the unsubscribe, choose your preferred email frequency, and click Update Preferences

Because we’re an online company, all orders must be placed under an account that is linked to your email address. This way we can keep records of your orders and send you important information that you’ll need for any returns or exchanges.
You can create an account during the checkout process, or by entering your information Here before placing an order. All you have to do is provide your email address and a password that you’ll remember later on. But, no worries—if you ever forget your password, we can reset it for you and send you an email with your new password.

Keep in mind that each customer should only have one Bonobos account. We reserve the right to deactivate any accounts that we deem to be duplicates. Yes, ninjas mean business. Link to Article

If you forgot your password, or you simply wan't to change it, don't sweat it! Just contact a Ninja via email, phone (1-877-294-7737) or live chat on our website and they will send you a password recovery email in no time!

Or, you can simply click Forgot your password? when signing into your account. This will automatically generate a password recovery email. Whether you have forgotten your password or you would just like a password upgrade, the process is the same.

Click here to see your store credit balance.

Here's how to get there from the Homepage:
  1.     Select "My Account"
  2.     If you haven't signed in, you'll be asked to do so before proceeding
  3.     You'll see "Store Credit" if you scroll to the bottom of the account page
  4.     A full history of your store credit balance awaits!

We ask that all of our customers please limit themselves to one account each. This way it is easier for both you and the Ninjas to keep track of your orders, Store Credit and up-to-date account information. 

If we find that you have multiple accounts, we will ask for you to choose one, and then we void the other(s). We really appreciate your abiding by this policy! Link to Article

We lock your account after a number of unsuccessful login attempts in order to protect you from someone else trying to log in as you! 

If your account has been locked due to too many failed password attempts, please click on the "Forgot your password?" link when signing in. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password and unlock your account.

If you think your credit card was used to purchase something on our website without your authorization, call right away at 877-294-7737 - the Ninjas are standing by to help. Let them know that your credit card was stolen and you will be immediately directed to a Ninja who can help. Link to Article
